They tend to use less toner and energy which save you money throughout their lifespan. You can print large quantities in both color and black-and-white, and they’re faster than inkjet devices. They are typically networked devices and are a good choice if your printing needs tend to be text heavy – for example, letters and spreadsheets.
- Multifunction (MFP) Printers – As the name implies, MFPs perform multiple functions including faxing, scanning, copying and printing. An MFP can replace an entire room of equipment with a single small-footprint device. MFPs are environmentally friendly, use less energy and are the key to transitioning to the paperless office.
