Canon AA Print

AA-PRINT from RYAN and Canon combines with Universal Login Manager (ULM) to provide secure anywhere printing. When integrated into a fleet of imageRUNNER ADVANCE MFP’s and MEAP enabled SFP’s, users can send jobs from their PCs to any one device, and print from anywhere within the network.

Universal Login Manager is a customizable, easy-to-implement solution that delivers device authentication, along with simple usage tracking. ULM offers convenient user authentication through picture logins, PIN codes, and/or proximity cards, and allows organizations the ability to manage security and cost by controlling individual users’ access and usage. Combined with AA-PRINT, printed documents are prevented from being left unattended at a printer tray, which will reduce paper waste, and lower costs.

AA-PRINT requires neither additional servers nor maintenance costs, and is best suited for small to mid-sized organizations seeking an easy and affordable way of ensuring print security, and reducing maintenance costs.
